There are creative ways to be laughter. Often I just put my phone to my ear and in the middle of a store just start laughing hysterically. It is fun to watch reactions and who turns into laughter themselves.

There is so much pain in the world, it bombards our days. Think of the gift of laughter as food for the spirit; yours, your communities and the planet. Make it a habit.
