@codepinkalert Marco Rubio is waging war on the International Criminal Court The U.S. has supported the ICC when it targets adversaries like Putin. But when the Court issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu for his war crimes in Gaza, Washington responded with sanctions against ICC judges and officials. International law for our "enemies", impunity for our allies. Countries that support the ICC must stand up to U.S. intimidation, protect sanctioned Court officials, and defend the principle that no government is above international law.
