Dear Friend,
Share feedback on your experience and how we can make future events even better! |
Thank you for your amazing commitment to ending militarism, racism, and poverty while protecting the planet! We are thrilled you joined us as we marched, sang, and danced our way through Washington, D.C. for the Poor People’s Assembly.
We couldn’t have done it without your help and the help of our amazing volunteers, to whom we are endlessly grateful. Thank you to our volunteers who dedicated their time and talent to help make our presence visible, inspiring, nurturing, and educational.
From the Peace Illumination to the Poor People’s Assembly and Peace Concert, we learned, we educated, we immersed ourselves in beautiful music and art from local creatives, connected with fellow activists, and had a whole lot of FUN.
You can read a recap of the events here and share pictures on social media or with friends and family.
We created some amazing memories and deepened our connections. We took another step towards cultivating a more intersectional, unified movement for a future that serves life instead of death and destruction, oppression, and extraction.
Please help us learn and grow from this weekend: share feedback on your experience and how we can make future events even better. We’d also love to hear feedback from those who stayed with us at the Washington Seminar Center.
We can't wait to hear it and learn from it!
In solidarity,
Ann, Ariel, Danaka, Emily, Farida, Justina, Jodie, Kelly, Leonardo, Lola, Marcy, Mark, Medea, Michelle, Nancy, Olivia, Paki, Sam, Shea, Sophie, Sophia, Samantha, Teri, Tim, and Suzie
