CODEPINK Michigan Highlights International Women’s Day and the Palestinian Struggle With Two Days of Action
Detroit, MI - CODEPINK Michigan is proud to announce its participation in two days of action in honor of International Women's Day, spotlighting the Palestinian struggle and advocating for gender equality and reproductive justice worldwide.
On Friday, March 8, CODEPINK will stand in solidarity with the Palestine Feminists Collective during their International Working Women's Day march and rally in Detroit.

Following this, on Saturday, March 9, CODEPINK, alongside other peace organizations, will host a Michigan Statewide Women's Appreciation Rally for Palestine at the State Capitol in Lansing. This cultural gathering will celebrate the contributions of Arab women globally and feature art, music, children's activities, kite-flying, powerful speeches, and a candlelight vigil.
