Tomorrow, October 18: Our doors are open to you in SF

As the fires devastate the Northern California area and the smoke envelops the city, we want you all to know that our thoughts are with you during this trying time. But thoughts are not enough. As part of our efforts to build a local peace economy, our doors are open to you. So if you or someone you know has been displaced by these fires, please show up on Wednesday evening to unwind, have a drink, sing and be supported and uplifted by community.

Join us on tomorrow October 18th at the historic Women's Building on 18th street from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm where there will be a silent auction with items from Nina Wise, Kathleen Gildred, Dave Eggers, Robbie Conal, Holly Near, Jan Frel, Arla Ertz, Robbie Conal, Rosamunde Sausage Grill, food from La Mediterranee Restaurant, and music from Michael Rufo, Elisa Welch, Betsey Rose and Emma's Revolution!

Join our hosts Allan Badiner, Anna Hawken, Arla Ertz, Barbara Briggs-Letson, Cindy Read, Claire Greensfelder, Cynthia Papermaster, Don Hazen, Georgia Kelly, Haley Pedersen, Jan Frel, Jane Hirschmann, Janine Boneparth, Karen Bouris, Kathleen Gildred, Leslie Angeline, Liane Collins, Lisa Fahey, Marsela Pecanac and New Resource Bank, Martha Hubert, Nancy Keiler, Nancy Mancias, Renay Davis, Sarah Pillsbury, Scott Munson, Susan Griffin, Susan Witka, Thomas Van Dyck, Tim Reece and Toby Blome.
