Cisco is punishing employees for standing with Palestine. We can’t let that repression go unchecked.
Cisco recently fired an employee who spoke up during a company event to say that they don't want their tech labor to be used to harm Palestinians or any marginalized group — a completely normal sentiment. The company also deleted Bridge to Humanity — the largest Palestine-focused WebEx chat group — and took down its associated educational website. Cisco is also enforcing new internal policies aimed at silencing any speech that supports Palestinian human rights.
This is part of a disturbing trend of corporations cracking down on Palestine solidarity. But we won’t be silent while our coworkers, classmates, and community members are punished for opposing genocide.
Send a letter to tell Cisco: Reverse your new repressive policy and stop silencing pro-Palestine voices!
