Bay Area, CA: Naksa 54 Community Event

On June 5th, we commemorate Al-Naksa, or the setback, the 1967 expulsion of over 600,000 Palestinians from their homes by the Zionist entity. Al-Naksa is a part of the ongoing Nakba, the displacement, ethnic cleansing, and genocide of the Palestinian people that continues today. On this day, we honor our people who remain unwavering in their resistance against Zionism and for their right to return.

Join us for a teach-in and interactive community event. Come with your mamas, tetas, siblings, and cousins. We will be having political education on Al-Naksa, sharing of family stories, and making kites.

Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and kites to fly! And please come ready to share Naksa stories.
