Join CODEPINK for an exciting event where we’ll preview an anticipated book: Banning the Bomb, Smashing the Patriarchy by Ray Acheson. Attendees will have a chance to preview Ray Acheson’s new book which offers a look inside the antinuclear movement and its recent successful campaign to ban the bomb. From scrappy organizing to winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 2017 and achieving a landmark UN treaty banning nuclear weapons. Ray’s talk will be followed by a panel discussion with leading activists and experts, moderated by CODEPINK co-founder Jodie Evans.
