Over 100 U.S. Organizations Call for De-Escalation & Talks With Russia

As organizations representing millions of people in the United States, we call upon President Biden to end the U.S. role in escalating the extremely dangerous tensions with Russia over Ukraine. It is gravely irresponsible for the president to participate in brinkmanship between two nations that possess 90 percent of the world’s nuclear weapons.

For the United States and Russia, the only sane course of action now is a commitment to genuine diplomacy with serious negotiations, not military escalation – which could easily spiral out of control to the point of pushing the world to the precipice of nuclear war.

While both sides are to blame for causing this crisis, its roots are entangled in the failure of the U.S. government to live up to its promise made in 1990 by then-Secretary of State James Baker that NATO would expand not “one inch to the East.” Since 1999, NATO has expanded to include numerous countries, including some that border Russia. Rather than dismissing out of hand the Russian government’s current insistence on a written guarantee that Ukraine will not become part of NATO, the U.S. government should agree to a long-term moratorium on any NATO expansion.

Who are the good guys? There are no good guys. The U.S. and its European allies have been expanding NATO bases to surround Russia despite agreeing not to in 1990. Would Britain and the U.S accept bases and Nuclear weapons aimed at them so close to their borders? I think not. Is Putin an autocrat? Yes. But he has consistently said he’s not going to invade Ukraine but wants assurance that NATO, (essentially controlled by the U.S and Britain) will not build a base there. That’s reasonable. Would you trust Boris Johnson and follow him into a war? A war where 90% of the world’s nuclear weapons are in the hands of the combatants? It seems Biden would, spurred on by flagging poll numbers and a rabid corporate U.S. media that is fanning the anti Russian cold war flames with so much disinformation that it’s just propaganda at this point. I don’t think the governments actually want war but I do think that you put troops on the ground, in the middle of a civil war in Ukraine and something could go sideways. This has to de-escalate now.

The Justice System(s) located any where on the Planet originates from the drinking of Alcohol. That is, when a Person drinks too much Alcohol and does not drink enough Water (2 H—O—H) as the “Chaser”, then the Person will begin to react by Instituting an Arresting Posture as “Drunk” with itself and others that merely passes for Justice. Consider . . .

. . . Equal Volumes of Alcohol and Water ( 2 H—O—H ) when combined will result in a Constipated result where the total Volumes will be less than two Volumes. So, the conclusion I have is that if one begins to drink Alcohol then they must also drink enough Water as 2 H—O—H behind it all to mitigate the “Drunk” situation as “a Drunk Council” or “the Drunk Counselor with an arresting posture” passing for a “SYSTEM OF JUSTICE!”

Assault is normally an Illegal Case of Justice applied, especially if Force is used at that time.

Water as 2 H—O—H is held together by a weak Hydrogen Bonding that will cause one Molecule of Water to Ionize or just breach readily into non-molecular Hydrogen with one Hydroxyl ion. Or, sometimes the one Water molecule might Ionize or break into two Hydrogen particles with a non-molecular Oxygen particle. Therefore, when equal volumes of Alcohol and water combines, less than two Volumes will result. If one does not drink enough water in addition to the volume of alcohol consumed then a catastrophic kind of drunkedness will result with the Nervous System (constipation as one too close to the other)—a ‘drunk counsel’ of Police aggression posing as Help, or the assimilations becomes Constipation where one thing gets too close to the other precipitating “Hate and Hateful.” But drink enough water so that Protein Synthesis dose not result into Mal-formed Proteins from the assimilations of Wine without the Food. Wine without the Food could do or cause Constipation and then the Nutrition will be not done to wellness.

Constipation can result if first and foremost Gut Health is not the consideration with the Nutrition of our bodies as proper Elimination, so that the Liver Health, then Kidney Health will further Cardio-vascular Health and Respiratory Health. Then the resulting eliminations will be a more Proper Elimination!

        Disband "The NATO Alliances!
Surface water as . . . 2 H—O—H is the true Industry, and the Military Industrial Complex is not True Industry!
