No Muslim Ban

No Muslim Ban

Trump’s Muslim ban is xenophobic and discriminatory. New legislation in Congress, complementing prior legislation—H.810 and S.426—to repeal the ban, will be coming out. The No Ban Act would repeal prior versions of the Muslim ban and the executive order, and will prohibit future administrations from implementing a Muslim ban.

If you live in the U.S, use this form to contact your representatives in Congress and ask them to become original cosponsors of the No BAN Act. If you live outside the U.S, add your name to the petition below.

OVERSEAS SUPPORTERS CAN SIGN THIS PETITION & WE WILL HAND DELIVER IT TO CONGRESS

Dear Members of Congress,

Please become an original cosponsor of Representative Chu and Senator Coons’ No BAN Act to repeal the Muslim ban. The No BAN Act builds on prior legislation—H.810 and S.426—by repealing prior versions of the Muslim ban and the executive order, and prohibiting future administrations from doing something like this again.

Targeting people based off their religion and place of birth is inhumane and unconstitutional. As your constituent, I ask that you stand on the right side of history against Trump’s xenophobic and discriminatory policies. Please become an original cosponsor of the No BAN Act and support H.810 and S.426, which prevents any funds from being used to implement the Muslim Ban. Together, these pieces of legislation can undo the ugly, racist policy currently in effect.

Please become of original cosponsor of the No BAN Act and support H.810 and S.426.

Sincerely,

Will you sign?
