Candlelight Vigil for Aaron Bushnell: LA

Join CODEPINK LA, Veterans for Peace-LA, Yalla Indivisible, Midnight Books, OC Justice for Palestine in LA as we honor the life of Aaron Bushnell with a candle light vigil.

Feb. 25, 25 year-old active duty U.S. Airman Aaron Bushnell lit himself on fire in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C in protest of Israel’s genocide in Gaza. As some police tried to extinguish the fire, others yelled at him to get on the ground while pointing guns at him. He succumbed to his injuries later that day.

His last words were “Free Palestine!”

Wear pink and bring candles and signs.
