On the second half of the show, Marcy interviews international human rights attorney Francis Boyle on possible consequences for Israel's refusal to comply with World Court orders to stop killing Palestinians and provide humanitarian relief. The World Court, also known as the International Court of Justice, recently ruled South Africa's claims that Israel is violating the convention are plausible.
