Tell Congress to Stand for Peace and Cooperation With China!

For the first time in history, the Republican-lead new Congress created a select committee for competition with another country; China. Not only can this be seen by China as a hostile act, it fuels the growing hate towards Asians in the United States, the cost of which is the lives of Asian Americans.

To Daniel Platt- Does it seem to you that Code Pink’s campaigns, any of them, are being co-opted to push austerity and a colonial policy toward the Global South? I can see that some peace lovers who are also advocates for defense of the planet’s climate might be leaving themselves open to co-optation, but I haven’t noticed that about Code Pink. Say more?

I wish that CodePink would stop branching out into the “climate change” issue. Doesn’t the fact that the world’s top oligarchs all assembled at Davos this week to push exactly the same agenda, cause you to wonder whether there might be an ulterior motive? They are using the purported “climate crisis” to push austerity and a colonial policy toward the Global South. China does not do that, and neither should you.
