A War Powers Resolution was just introduced in the Senate in response to Trump's threats against the Cuban people. We've seen the lengths the Trump Admin will go for it's imperialist aims whether it be in Venezuela or Iran. We have to stop the war on Cuba before it starts! A War Powers Resolution, if successful, would block the Trump Admin from carrying out any acts of war against Cuba.
