CODEPINK Reno is proud to present The Palestine Exception, a documentary directed by Jan Haaken and Jennifer Ruth. Join us for a FREE screening at Sparks Library on Tuesday, September 15th at 6pm!
This documentary film focuses on the wave of pro-Palestinian protests that swept across U.S. college campuses in 2024, featuring professors and student activists who joined calls for a ceasefire and divestment from companies that do business with Israel and faced waves of repressive backlash from administrators, the media, the police and politicians.
After the screening, we will be joined via Zoom by one of the Directors, Jennifer Ruth, for a Q&A.
