Stand up with Palestine in San Francisco, CA!
Calling on beloved community, all people of conscious, organizations, activists, social movements and friends of Palestine to join us in taking action to support Palestinians as they continue to resist settler-colonial violence.
Saturday's Schedule:
12pm-3 PST: Community Mural Project (family friendly)
3pm-5 PST : Community Rally
As we approach the anniversary of the Nakba, the colonization of Palestine, the forced expulsion of Palestinians continues. This is apparent everywhere in occupied territories, its most clear in the heart of Jerusalem, Palestine’s capital: in a town called Sheikh Jarrah, where Palestinian families are being expelled from their homes by the Israeli regime and its colonial settlers.
As we mark 73 years of Nakba, we also celebrate 73 years of resistance and struggle for liberation.
Hosted by: Palestinian Action Network, Arab Resource & Organizing Center, U.S. Palestinian Community Network, Answer Coalition-Bay Area, Palestinian Youth Movement, Al-Awada, Jewish Voice for Peace-Bay Area, and NorCal Friends of Sabeel
Sanitizers and masks will be available, and we will be following CDC guidelines.
