We demand the safe passage of the Handala! Break the siege, let all aid into Gaza! Join our fleet of kayaks, canoes and boats to float along the Milwaukee river with Palestinian flags and signs, showing solidarity with the Handala and demanding an end to the genocide.
We'll meet July 27 at 3PM at 600 S Water St. to launch together, then paddle north to Père Marquette Park for a rally and banner drop. We'll then return to boat launch (about 1.5 miles each way).
⭐ Bring your own canoe/boat if you have one! Rentals are also available nearby - more info upon RSVP. Appropriate life vests and launch permits will be required.
⭐ Folks can also walk along the Riverwalk as the flotilla travels! For anyone walking, the meet-up place will be 665 E Erie St.
