Join CODEPINK LA in Santa Monica on Sunday, July 19th from 3-5pm as we bring our Summer of Peace and Love presence to the local World Cup celebration.
Meet us at Colorado & 3rd St. (north side of the street) at 3pm. At around 3:15pm, we will walk north to Santa Monica Blvd and back and at 4 we will walk south to the Santa Monica Pier. We will walk to the end of the Santa Monica Pier and then return to the end of the pier by 5pm! Join us along the way or at the pier.
We will have Red Card War messaging and Cut the Pentagon stickers and flyers. Bring signs calling for peace and love as we ask people to fill out the stickers to record what they would fund instead of war.
As always, wear pink so we can be a swath of pink in the midst of the other colors.
