Portland folks, are you ready to show up to stop the U.S. from attempting a coup in Venezuela? Your local CODEPINK friends are joining with Hands Off Venezuela PDX and the Portland chapter of Veterans for Peace to learn more about U.S. intervention in Venezuela and take to the streets to say Hands off Venezuela! First we’ll hear from Dan Shea who will have just returned from Venezuela, where he was on a delegation with the U.S. Peace Council. Then we’ll march to the Hawthorne bridge for a banner drop. Let’s show our solidarity with the National March on Washington D.C. happening the same day to say: Hands Off Venezuela!
