In February, 30 American peace delegates travelled to Iran to express their deep concern about Trump’s crippling sanctions and dangerous march towards war. After the wonderful feedback from trip participants, CODEPINK decided to organize two trips to Iran in Fall of 2019. Click here to reserve your spot!
You can choose from two different trip options that will take you to multiple fascinating cities in Iran. We’ll explore the bustling bazaars in Tehran, bask in the exquisite architecture in Isfahan, visit Shiraz--the city of poets, and discover the ancient ruins of Persepolis. We’ll eat kabobs with a glass of doogh (savory yogurt-based beverage) and learn about the lives of everyday Iranians that the Trump administration and mainstream media don’t want you to see.
Join us in spreading the message of peace, building people-to-people relations, exploring the beauty of Iran, and learning first-hand the impact that U.S. policies are having on everyday Iranians.
Check out the photos below from our February trip and a message from one of our peace delegates, Amber Gilewski, a psychology professor:
“What I really enjoyed about going to Iran was getting to meet the people, to see how alike we are, and that despite our government’s oppressive sanctions, Iranians still like Americans and are willing to work with us. I hope this is the start of a change in the relationships between our countries. The Iranian people I met were proud, stoic, hospitable, generous, and friendly. They want their independence and to be respected. There is no reason our government should view them as the enemy."

This is the trip of a lifetime — but space is limited and time is short, so please act now! We keep prices as low as possible to make this opportunity more accessible. Send your $200 deposit and completed visa registration forms asap (June 30th at the latest). It takes several months to process the visas so don’t delay.
Towards peace with Iran,
