The North Dakota legislature passed an "Anti-BDS" bill in recent years. BDS, or Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions is a form of protest. Someone's choice to boycott products represents economic and political freedom. The Anti-BDS legislation bars public employees from boycotting Israeli products - a direct violation of our first amendment rights. This state wide call will present on the status of Anti-BDS legislation in our state and make plans for challenging it head on.
