Court Support for the Formosa 2

Internationally known environmentalist & peace activist CODEPINKer Diane Wilson and several other activists, including NJ activist Paula Rogovin, are on trial two days in New Jersey, March 10 and 12 for challenging Formosa Plastics.

About the Formosa 2 and March 10th Support: 

During a December 5, 2024 rally outside Formosa Plastics’ U.S.headquarters, Goldman award-winning activist, community leader, CODEPINK co-founder, and author Diane Wilson and two other San Antonio Bay Waterkeepers were arrested for trespassing as they attempted to approach the public entrance of the company’s office building and peacefully deliver a letter requesting a meeting with company executives. Their trial has now been set for March 10 in Livingston, NJ, Municipal Court.

Location: Livingston Town Hall/Municipal Court, 357 S Livingston Avenue, Livingston, NJ. Parking behind the building.
