Celebrate Jane Fonda's Weekly Climate Actions (Fire Drill Fridays) and join discussion about climate and militarism

Join CODEPINK at Busboys and Poets for a screening of Jane Fonda’s weekly Fire Drill Friday Teach-in dedicated to the role of war and the US military in climate change. Jane Fonda will be discussing the link between War/Military with Phyllis Bennis, director of the New Internationalism Project at IPS, and Michael Mann, world-recognized climate scientist.

After the teach-in, CODEPINK co-founder Jodie Evans will lead a discussion going more in-depth on the anit-war movement’s connection to climate action and looking into CODEPINK’s work on Divest and War is not Green campaigns.
