DC CODEPINK vs. Pepperdine

Meet CODEPINK and friends to talk over lunch for Falesteen Foodie Friday pop up and support the Apartheid Free Cafe, Lulu's. After lunch we will march to Pepperdine's Washington DC campus across the street for a protest and letter delivery against Pepperdine’s decision to appoint Rev. Johnnie Moore, as the executive chairman of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, as Vice Chancellor of its Washington, D.C., campus. Pepperdine proclaims a mission of faith, service, truth, and moral leadership — values fundamentally at odds with elevating a figure whose recent role leading the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has drawn widespread condemnation.
