Come together with CODEPINK Las Vegas for an afternoon of art and remembrance as we fold origami cranes, revisit Sadako Sasaki’s enduring story, and leaf through historical photographs from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Together, we’ll explore how creativity can transform grief into hope—and how small acts of craft can renew our commitment to peace.
We will be writing messages of peace on origami cranes to distribute in Las Vegas. No experience with origami is needed and paper will be provided!
