Over 100 years ago, on Nov. 11, 1918, the world celebrated the cessation of all fighting and this year we’re reclaiming it with a special gathering that honors Armistice Day as a “day to be dedicated to the cause of world peace and thereafter celebrated.”
We’ll be gathering for a physically-distanced zoom party to commemorate the day AND take action for peace. The celebration will include tributes to armistice day, a peace-themed game, and a training on Congressional Advocacy from CODEPINK!
