My colleagues are in DC at the Move Over AIPAC conference, and I could not be more proud of their actions. I've fielded a couple of odd calls to our LA office today. One woman told me I work for a communist front organization and another caller asked me if CODEPINK is anti-Jewish.

Let me say this clearly: being pro-peace is not anti-Jewish. Nor does it make you a self hating Jew. Humans are capable of differing politically and having complementary spiritual practices. Further, Jewish ethnicity cannot be denied on the basis of political beliefs.

And just to be clear - I have no problem with people who believe in different economic theories, but CODEPINK is not a communist organization. We're a peace organization led by powerful women in pursuit of a society dedicated to life-affirming activities.
