Cofounder Medea Benjamin and Indypendent writer Arun Gupta posted an incredible column on Common Dreams today, inspired by the historic election yesterday, that calls for a grassroots mass-mobilization of communities nationwide to create a plan to solve the economic crisis and reinvest in America. They write:
Because the "free market" has proven a farce and the right is in disarray, there is a huge opening to pass policies that can benefit all Americans. As the economy sinks, only concerted public action can revive it.
