Special guests Dr. Assal Rad, Negar Mortazavi, and Senator Ed Markey discussed the Iran Nuclear deal, the future of U.S. diplomacy, and ways we can collectively take action.

Negar Mortazavi provided a thorough background on how we got to where we are today, and the status of U.S. negotiations with Iran. Dr. Assal Rad built on this background, laying out the implications of the U.S.’ current Iran policy - namely, the cruel sanctions that have continued throughout the pandemic, and the racist dehumanization of Iranians at home and abroad.
