CODEPINK women rocked out at the amazing PowerShift '09 conference this past weekend in Washington and Capitol Power Plant action Monday, carrying bright pink "War Is Not Green" banners and spreading the word of the links among war, energy consumption, pollution and environmental destruction.
Leslie Angeline and Blaine Clarke gave this great interview to a CNS News reporter Monday, explaining their disappointed in Speaker Nancy Pelosi for failing to speak (as promised) and what young people (and "radical" environmentalists, according to Rep. Eric Cantor) expect from Congress and Obama.
