The West Bank Palestinian village of Qusra has been under siege by violent Israeli settlers and the Israeli military for two weeks now. For months, these settlers have been encroaching on homes and now have encircled the village. They have cut off water and electricity, blocked the roads, and prevented people from entering or exiting. One of the family members, Loui Ridi, is an Ohio state resident and dropped everything here in the States to go back to Palestine to protect his house and his family.
Ridi's representative, Marcy Kaptur, has been in touch with the family, as well as the State Department and the US Embassy. But given the urgency, she must do more. Please join us in sending this letter.
