Palestinians in Gaza are facing a humanitarian crisis caused by the 12 year illegal Israeli blockade. Since March 30, 2018, the Israeli military has shot and killed over 200 Palestinians demanding their rights as refugees to return to their homes and to live free of military occupation on their land. Human rights campaigners are calling on Sea Otter Classic founder Frank Yohannan to be a leader on human rights and cancel Everysight’s involvement in the Sea Otter Classic. The protest comes after weeks of pressure on Yohannan and the Sea Otter Classic to cancel Everysight. The activists will deliver to event organizers 2500 petition signatures from around the world calling for the boycott of Everysight and Elbit Systems based on serious human rights concerns.

The United Nations Human Rights Council will be publishing a list of companies involved in maintaining and expanding the illegal occupation of Palestinian lands. It is expected that Elbit Systems will be on that list.
