Dana Showtyme Burton is the founder of Iron Mic, a Chinese freestyle rap battle series that began in 2002 and continues to serve as a platform for Chinese hip-hop artists. Burton is considered a pioneer of hip-hop in China, and Iron Mic is known for fostering a generation of influential rappers and celebrating modern Chinese culture.
