Join us for our next Local Peace Economy gathering on April 26th! At this month's gathering, we'll learn about the revolutionary peace-building work happening on the front-lines of East LA high schools from the teacher and youth leaders of YPLD - Youth and Parent Leadership Development.
From restorative justice circles and community gardens to DREAM centers and hip hop for social change, the students of YPLD are transforming their communities from the ground up. We invite you to bring your own passions, questions, talents and resources to explore exciting new possibilities for collaboration and growing a local peace economy here in LA.
