Transparency is critical in a democracy and CODEPINK has been a leading voice supporting those speaking truth to power. We attended the trial and verdict of brave whistleblower Chelsea Manning, and set up the CODEPINK Chelsea Manning Support Network to support her during her incarceration. We also protested NSA mass surveillance and supported whistleblower Edward Snowden. We are now leading a campaign to free whistleblower Daniel Hale.
