"The task is clear: to create a culture of care-taking in which no-one and nowhere is thrown away, in which the inherent value of people and all life is foundational."
-Naomi Klein

Daily Practice: If you read Naomi’s quote and shake your head yes, your next step is to watch where the habits of your day value the war economy more than the peace economy. Where can your habits shift to care instead of exploit? We hate to think our habits exploit or are part of the problem; the feeling becomes one of overwhelm. Just take one thing in your day you could change, even if it is to stop and take care of the person closest to you. Care of another brings a nourishing joy. Together we can shift our focus and our values and lead.  If we don't start now, then when? If not us, who?

Naomi talks about her heroes.
What shifts did you make today?
