Ósk graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters in Social Work in 2022. She has lived in many communities, from Guam to Iceland, and considers herself a citizen of the world. She found her fire for activism in 1997 while working and volunteering for Greenpeace.
Ósk attended her first CODEPINK rally in Washington DC in January 2024 and has since helped to organize CODEPINK chapters in Michigan and in Ontario, Canada. An avid human rights activist, she is also an animal lover, and finds her peace in nature. Think global, act local. Community is key.
