Fear makes us small. It is natural to want to protect ourselves and those we love from danger. It is an instinctual response. But with the world in crisis, our fears arrive fast and furious. We are having to respond to fears that are outside our immediate circle of influence with impacts that are unpredictable and largely beyond our ability to influence outcomes.
When we are afraid, we tend to look to others for strength. This tendency has been weaponized by the War Economy, and many people on every side of the political spectrum have stepped away from agency. Our fear is robbing us of the future we know we deserve: The Peace Economy.
Join us as we discuss what fear robs from us, what courage looks like, and how we can walk together with courage to the future that is in front of us.
