This Saturday is #23Feb No War on Venezuela day across the world. Over 120 organizations and 2000 individuals have signed on to build globally coordinated actions in defense of Venezuela against U.S. imperialist aggression that is likely to lead to bloodshed — even civil war. What: Hands off Venezuela Rally and March
When: Saturday February 23, 3PM-5PM
Where: Santa Monica Pier and Promenade, 200 Santa Monica Pier
Meet at the end of the line in Santa Monica on the promenade near the entrance to the pier at 3. We will march the length of the pier and back, when we will visit the crosses on the beach and talk about the cost of war then take the march down the boardwalk. We will start down the board walk around 3:30, so we will be easy to find around the pier until then. We will march to the Spirit Awards where Boots Riley will celebrate our message of Hands Off Venezuela and hand out buttons to those political enough to wear them. We will finish back at the pier at 5PM.
