 Berkeley's 7th Heaven Yoga Studio hosted CODEPINK for a unique event on August 28, 2011. We began with some kirtan chanting and a memorable yoga class with local teacher Katchie Ananda. After our bodies and souls were warmed up, Katchie, longtime CODEPINKer Alli Chagi Starr, and CODEPINK co-founder Jodie Evans shared their thoughts with us about the connection between peace activism and spirituality, especially the importance of spiritual health in creating sustainable activism.

We rounded out our day together with a clothing swap and socialized over yummy snacks and pink lemonade.
