Taylor made her way into the activist space after 4 years in the music business. Finding a sexist industry with an entrenched resistance to change, she went back to school for her bachelor's degree, graduating from Antioch University with a major in psychology and a minor in queer studies. She assisted in the development of the queer studies curriculum at Antioch, worked with survivors of intimate partner violence and finally found her home at CODEPINK. Taylor is also a writer, focusing on issues of sex positivity, consent and the militarization of bodies, and she is based out of Los Angeles.
