WAW advocates for changed US foreign policies through lobbying, leafleting, vigils, media outreach and educational events.  Efforts in recent years have shed a lot of light locally on the world-power negotiations with

Iran, assassinations with US weaponized drones, withdrawal from Afghanistan, support for veterans, military spending, and other important issues.  One of our active project groups is Grannies for Peace.  Here is a photo of Marcia in windchill of about 20 below zero at a February 2016 WAW event.
