Join CODEPINK for a Peace Vigil at Union Station to raise awareness about U.S. crimes against Okinawan women
On April 28th another horrendous crime occurred outside of a U.S. base in Okinawa, Japan. A former U.S. marine confessed to raping and killing a 20-year-old Okinawan woman named Rina Shimabukuro. Join us for a silent peace vigil to demonstrate the silence felt by too many women around the world because of U.S. military bases. Join us to remember Rina-san and all the women who for over 70 years been subjected to these horrors. For more information, contact Alice: [email protected]
In solidarity,
