HP is the second largest investor in Israeli Information Technology(IT). Its technology and equipment facilitate both the illegal Israeli occupation and apartheid, especially through the development of its biometric system used for population and territorial control and surveillance of Palestinians both inside Israel and in the occupied Palestinian territory.
In the US, HP provides products and services to prisons across the country, to the Department of Homeland Security for enhanced immigration status checks, and along with other IT corporations uses prison labor.
The BOYCOTT HP coalition based in Los Angeles will be holding an informational leafletting and human billboard about HP complicity with human rights violations in Palestine, US prisons, Homeland Security/ICE deportations and globally. Urge shoppers to boycott Hewlett Packard, who profit from human misery at two locations in Los Angles:
